Every score is reproducible from the inputs printed beside it, so a correction can be verified rather than debated. If a figure looks wrong, send the page URL and what you think the right answer is.

Manufacturers

If you represent a manufacturer and believe a page misrepresents the record, write to the same address. Note in advance that we publish complaint rates and describe complaints as allegations throughout; we will correct factual errors, and will not remove accurately-reported federal records.

Press and data requests

The methodology is published in full and the figures are reproducible. If you need the computed dataset for a story, ask and we will send it.
